An Italian Wedding

George Clooney got married in Venice this weekend, but if I had my pick of Italian locales it would be Tuscany. I heard that George and Amal chose Venice because its close to their hearts, and I’d have to say the same about Italy’s sun-soaked Eastern region.

Of course, we’d start with classically inspired, custom-designed wedding invites, just like Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s. If its good enough for Chrissy, its good enough for me.

I might just surprise everyone and wear a non-traditional wedding dress like this gorgeous floral number.

Here is a sneak peak of my Tuscan wedding venue. Those lions are thinking ‘have you ever seen such a stunning wedding venue?‘ 

And here is the big reveal, which my guests will get a glimpse of as they walk down the cobble streets from the ceremony.

 Obviously the groomsmen are incredibly chic in their Italian suits.

We’d have an olive and olive oil bar, along with a traditional Italian wedding cake.

It’s an Italian tradition for the bride and groom to walk through the streets together- I love how the entire community gets involved!

…and in the morning we head off to our seaside honeymoon, Italian style.
